Cancellations: Please note that 7M and 15M accounts do not auto-renew. To renew your account, visit our current member portal. Month-to-month accounts can be canceled at any time, but please ensure you do so at least 3 days before the monthly withdrawal. Please note that 7M and 15M accounts do not receive refunds for early cancellations.
